Return Policy
JSM Touches packages are shipped via USPS. All orders will receive a tracking number that will be emailed once it has been shipped.
JSM Touches will gladly accept returns and exchanges. You must contact us at [email protected] before returning any item. We will accept your request within 10 days of your receipt of shipment. Please note, we are NOT responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns. We will NOT be able to accept your return unless your return has been approved via email.
In order to be approved you must make sure...
- Item are in the same condition that you have received; which means unworn, unaltered and free of damage by the customer.
- Item must be returned with JSM Touches tag still attached.
- Item must have original receipt/packing slip with the return.
JSM Touches is NOT responsible for lost or stolen returned packages. If your return order is lost, contact your local postal office/ carrier.
